How to E-mail me

Before I offer a link to my e-mail address, I'll ask you to turn off HTML when you send me mail. The reason for this request is clearly explained here and here and here and here and here and here.

If you don't know how to turn off HTML in outgoing mail, please look here or here or here for advice.
